Please state your explicit problem and your order number so that we can correctly assign your complaint.

If your figure is damaged, please take sharp, high resolution pictures of the parts in question and attach them to your email.

If you have pieces of your figure missing, please take a picture of everything that actually was included together with the figure's box and paperwork and attach it to your email.

We will always try to solve your issue as quick as possible. Please consider though that this always involves consultating the manufacturers or wholesale distributors, and that especially obtaining spare parts can take a couple of weeks time.
